Time Classic

The Time Classic feature increases productivity and empowers employees to take action quickly. It enables both employees and managers to view key analytics.

Important:

A setting must be enabled in UKG Pro in order for an employee to use Time Classic (Menu > My Team > select employee > Workforce Management tab > Time).

Time Classic provides many capabilities by role.

Employee Manager Administrator
Easily clock in and out Access employee timesheets to act on them and to view labor metric defaults Create an administrative team, giving managers access to employees who do not report directly to them
Seamlessly transfer and record labor View insights into team time and labor summary information Create time codes (duration-based or hourly-based), pay types, and labor metrics
View time summary information View upcoming team time off Create a timesheet configuration group
View notifications and alerts View notifications, alerts, errors, and exceptions  
Submit timesheets for approval
