Year-End Slips
From the Year End Slips page, view your year-end slips. This page provides a record of each year-end slip year over year.
Select your year-end form from the Form Type column to view, save, or print a PDF format of your form. If a previous year's slip is not available, contact your administrator.
From this page, change your consent selection for an electronic year-end slip under Things I can Do > Change Canada Year-End Slip Consent. From the Year-End Slip Consent page, designate whether you prefer your year-end slip in print or electronic form.
Your administrator is responsible for providing the company-specific text that appears on the informational message. Contact your administrator for questions regarding the Information Message.
