View the Talent Profile

View an employee's talent information on the Talent Profile page. Detailed talent information for the selected employee is available for review, including name, title, education, previous employment, skills, licenses, awards, and relocation preferences.

Employee Notes can also be added from the Talent Profile page. Employee photos display on the Talent Profile, if employee photos are enabled. Managers or administrators with access to the Talent Profile page can also print the details of the employee's talent information.

At the employee Career & Education tab, select the Talent Profile page. If applicable, the Talent Profile page appears with detailed information about the employee's education, previous employment, skills, licenses, awards and relocation preferences.

The information that appears on the Talent Profile page is based on your security access rights and permissions.
Select the Notes link to view or enter comments for the employee.
