Changing Employee Consent

The Employee Consent feature can be used to capture consent from employees for various company-related items such as an Employee Handbook or company policies.

Change employee consent on the Employee Summary page:
  • Employee: Myself > Personal > Employee Summary > Company section > Change Consent
  • Manager/Administrator: My Team or Employee Admin > select an employee > Personal > Employee Summary > Company section > Change Consent

To change employee consent:

  1. From the Employee Summary page, Data Privacy Consent area, select Change Consent Status.
  2. From the Change Consent Status page, select an option from the Data Privacy Consent drop-down list.
  3. Select Save. The Employee Summary page appears with the new information. New/updated consent information includes:
      • Who modified the consent
      • When it was last modified
