Add or Change Identification Documents for Employees

Add or change employee identification documents on the Add/Change Identification Document page. The Issuing Country selected determines the type of identification document available in the Document Title drop-down list.

The passport option is available for all countries. Validations are completed for U.S. Social Security Numbers (SSN) and Canadian Social Insurance Numbers (SIN).

Navigation:Menu > My Team > My Employees > select employee > Personal tab > Identification Documents

  1. From the Identification Documents page, complete one of the following:
    • To add an identification document, select Add.
    • To change identification document information, select the link for the document number, and then select Edit.
  2. From the Add/Change Identification Document page, in the Document Detail section, select the Issuing Country. The Issuing Country selected will determine the type of identification document available in the Document Title drop-down list. The passport option is available for all countries.
  3. Select the Document Title.
  4. Enter the Document Number.
  5. From the Name on Document section, complete the employee's name information.
  6. From the Additional Information section, enter details for issuing and expiration dates, and issuing authority and place.
  7. Select Save. The Identification Documents page appears with the new information.
