Accessing UKG Pro
Access UKG Pro
Using the system link and username provided by your system administrator, log in to UKG Pro for the first time.
Navigation: Enter the URL provided into an internet web browser.
- Enter the provided username.
- Enter the provided default password.
- Select Sign in.
Change UKG Pro Password
After signing in to UKG Pro solutions, you can change your password from the User Account menu.
From the Change Password page in the browser, follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
- At the Current Password field, enter the current password.
- At the New Password field, enter a new password that meets the provided password requirements.
- At the Confirm Password field, re-enter the new password.
- Select OK.
- Select the challenge questions.
- Enter the challenge question answers.
- Select Continue. The UKG Pro home page will display.
