  1. Optionally download or print the statement.
Note The most recent pay statement displayed will be the payroll that has been most currently processed at the time of viewing. Prior to the pay date, you may see a pay stub, in advance of the actual pay date.
  2. Review Earnings Hours, Total Hours and Pay Rate for the Hours paid.
The Earning Hours, Total Hours, Pay Rate and Hours are highlighted on the sample pay statement.
  3. Review Current Pretax and Post Tax Deduction Employee Amounts deducted.
Employee Pre-Tax, Current and Year to Date deduction amounts are highlighted on the pay statement.
Note Employer amounts paid toward deductions may display on the pay statement stub under employer or may display zero. This is determined by organizational setup. Pre-Tax deductions are deductions that are commonly not subject to Social Security or Medicare Tax, Federal Income Tax, or both.
  4. Review a Current Tax deducted.
Current Tax deductions are highlighted on the Pay Statement.
  5. Review Paid Time Off Taken, Current, and Balance.
Paid Time Off highlights the amount of time taken, current and the remaining balance.
Note Paid Time Off display may or may not reflect on the pay statement. If an amount is displayed in Taken, it indicates time was taken from that Paid Time Off plan during the pay period start and end dates. If an amount is displayed in current, it indicates an accrual happened for that Paid Time Off plan during the pay period start and end dates. The Balance is the remaining amount in that Paid Time Off Plan as of the period end date. Paid Time Off balances on a pay stub are not reflective of real point in time, but rather the balance as of the pay period end date of the pay statement
  6. Review Pay Summary.
The Pay Summary includes Gross wages, FIT Taxable Wages, Taxes, Deductions and Net Pay amounts.
  7. Review Net Pay. Account type will display in the event an amount went to a banking account.
