View and Print Your U.S. Tax Forms

Electronic U.S. Tax Forms

You can view and print electronic copies of your U.S. tax forms and elect for paperless delivery.

Electronic copies of the following tax forms are available on the U.S. Wage and Tax Statements page (Menu > Myself > Pay > U.S. Wage and Tax Statements), depending on the tax year they were issued by your employer.
  • Tax year 2023 and earlier:
    • Form W-2 — Wage and Tax Statement
    • Form W-2c — Corrected Wage and Tax Statement
  • Tax year 2024 and later:
    • Form W-2 — Wage and Tax Statement
    • Form W-2c — Corrected Wage and Tax Statement
    • Form W-2PR (499R-2) — Puerto Rico Withholding Statement
    • Form 1099-MISC — Miscellaneous Information
    • Form 1099-NEC — Nonemployee Compensation
    • Form 1099-R — Distributions From Pensions, Annuities, Retirement or Profit-Sharing Plans, IRAs, Insurance Contracts, etc.

You can also manage your tax form delivery options and sign up for paperless delivery to opt out of paper forms.

View and Print Your U.S. Tax Forms

You can view your U.S. tax forms, including Forms W-2 and 1099, online and print copies if you need them.

Navigation:Menu > Myself > Pay > U.S. Wage and Tax Statements

  1. From the U.S. Wage and Tax Statements page, review the list of available tax forms listed in reverse order by year (latest tax forms first).
  2. From the list of tax forms, select the tax year for the form type you want to view.
    The page displays the tax form, including all the details reported to federal, state, and local tax agencies, if applicable.
  3. Optional: Print your tax form.
    1. At the top of the tax form page, select Print.
    2. At the top of the Print Preview page, select Print.
    3. From the Print dialog, select your printer settings, and then Print.
      Tip To download a PDF copy of your tax form, select the Save as PDF (or similar) option in the Print dialog, if supported by your browser.

Manage Your Paperless Delivery Preferences for U.S. Tax Forms

You can elect to have your employer provide you only electronic copies of your U.S. tax forms.

Note
  • If you do not choose to go paperless, you will still receive electronic copies of your tax forms.
  • If you leave your job, your employer may choose to send you paper copies of your tax forms, even if you signed up for paperless delivery

Navigation:Menu > Myself > Pay > U.S. Wage and Tax Statements > Things I Can Do > Change Paperless Preferences

  1. On the U.S. Wage and Tax Statements page, from Things I Can Do side bar, select Change Paperless Preferences.
  2. From the U.S. Year-End Form Paperless Preferences page, toggle the U.S. year-end tax form option.
    • To receive only electronic copies of your tax forms, toggle the option On.
    • To receive paper and electronic copies of your tax forms, toggle the option Off.
  3. At the top of the page, select Save.
