Add an Attendance Event
Attendance Events
Attendance events are tracked automatically using information collected in an employee timecard.
There might be occasions when you need to add an attendance event manually. You can manually add an attendance event from the Attendance Details page.
Access Attendance Details from the Home Page
Managers can directly access employee attendance details from the Home Page.
- From the Manage Attendance tile, select an employee from the Go to Attendance Details For list.
- Select Go.
Access Attendance Details from the Attendance Page
While reviewing the Attendance Page, a manager may want to view more information about employee attendance information.
- From the Attendance page, select the checkbox next to one or more employee names.
- From the toolbar, select Attendance Details.
Add an Attendance Event
You can manually add an attendance event from the Attendance Details page. You might need to perform this task to record a non-timecard related event, such as a lost badge or a safety violation.
- Select Add and then select Event.

Complete the Add Event panel.
- Enter or use the calendar icon to select a date.
- Select an Event.
- Enter an Amount.
- Enter an Event Time.
- (Optional) Select Add Another Event.
- Select Save and Apply Rules.
