Access the Member Portal from the Employee Experience Dashboard

Employees can access their carrier's benefits portal through single sign-on without requiring a separate login from the Employee Experience dashboard. Depending on the carrier, the employee can check their accounts, check Evidence of Insurability document status, access forms, file a claim and check its status, download ID cards, and more.

Navigation:Menu > Myself > Manage My Benefits

From the Employee Experience dashboard, scroll down to the Benefit Provider Access section.
Find the name or logo of the carrier you would like to access.
Select the View Your Carrier Account link.
Note This feature is available now for Guardian, MetLife, and Prudential.

The carrier's web portal opens in a separate browser window.

Enable Member Portal Access from the Employee Experience Dashboard

Member Portal access from the Employee Experience Dashboard is enabled during the UKG Pro Benefits Administration solution configuration.

The Member Portal feature is currently available for Guardian and Prudential carriers. To enable this feature for other carriers, submit a case to your support team.
