My Benefits

Employees can view and manage their benefits in Employee Self Service.

Review Current Benefit Selections

Employee benefit plans and selections are available within the Benefits Plans page.

Navigation:Menu > Admin > My Info > My Benefits > Benefit Plans

From the Benefits Plans page employees can view:
  • Benefit Plan Timeframe
  • Benefit Groups

  • Benefit Plan Details

Select Life Change Event Benefits

Benefits are selected during open enrollment, or during a Life Change Event. Benefit updates may be needed due to a qualifying life change event such as marriage, or birth of a child.

Navigation:Menu > Admin > My Info > My Benefits > Enrollment

  1. From the Enrollment page, select Start.
  2. Select the View Calendar icon and select the date of the event.
  3. At the Life Change Event drop-down list, select the type of life change event.
  4. Select Save. With the Life Change Event type selected, benefit selections can be made.
  5. Read the instructions and select Continue.
  6. Complete any applicable fields for supporting informatin, then select Save & Continue.
  7. For each benefit screen, select your choices, and select Continue.
  8. From the Confirm & Submit page, review your elections, then select Submit.
  9. In the Enrollment Acknowledgement window, enter your Password, and select Accept.
    Note Some life change event selections must include a spouse or dependent. Select the Select Your Spouse or Select your Child/ren if the spouse of child/ren is new and needs to be added.
