UKG Employees access the Community via Salesforce/Chatter:
In Lightning:
- Click the block of dots in the top left of the screen.
- Choose "Customer & Partner Community" from the App Launcher, or search "Community" in the App Launcher to find the app.
In Classic:
- Log in to Salesforce/Chatter.
- In the top left corner, click the black bar that says "Kronos Incorporated Internal," then choose "Customer & Partner Community" from the drop-down menu and open in a new tab.

The best way to get community support for customers, partners, or yourself is:
Customer UKG Community support and access issues:
- Advise the customer to open a case in UKG Community or to call 800-394-4357; or
- Open a case on behalf of the customer (Account and Contact fields contain the customer information).
Important: Include "Community Access Issue" in the case title to expedite resolution.
UKG Community University support and access issues:
- Verify that the customer can access the UKG Community. UKG Community authentication provides the access to UKG Community University. If the customer cannot successfully access the UKG Community, start with the community access resolution steps above.
- If the customer can successfully access the UKG Community but still has issues with UKG Community University, email etraining@ukg.com.
