Manage Period Hours Rules Violations
Period Hours Rules Violations
Period Hours rules are employee schedule rules that set working time limits (minimum and maximum hours limits) an employee can work over an extended period: biweekly, monthly, or annually.
These rules allow managers to schedule employees for longer periods of time, up to a year, with confidence that schedules are compliant with contract working time limits. Managers are alerted with Rule Violations when these hours limits are not honored in the schedule.
Review Period Hours Schedule Rules
When a Period Hours rule violation is present in the schedule, the employee rule violation indicator appears next to the employee's name in the schedule grid.
