iCIMS Integration

The Onboarding System Administrator can enable an Application Programming Interface (API) based integration between Onboarding and iCIMS Recruit. The integration involves reading data from iCIMS and does not involve creating or updating data in iCIMS.

Navigation: Settings > Integrations

  1. In the iCIMS section, toggle Enable Integrations to On. Once enabled, the fields required for integration appear.

    Note:

    The Additional Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) section will display any vendors that have been set up through the UKG Pro Developer Network.

  2. Populate the required fields provided by an iCIMS Integration Specialist. This information is typically provided from iCIMS by email.

A section is displayed to enter the account credentials which includes entering a customer ID, username, password, and HMAC authorization key.

  3. Select Save.
