Create Interview Questions with Bryte AI

Recruiters (and Hiring Managers, if applicable) can use Bryte AI in the Opportunity wizard to create interview questions for candidates.

Your organization must be using Bryte AI in the UKG Pro solution and a Recruiting administrator must activate Bryte AI for job descriptions in Settings > Bryte AI.

Note:

This feature is not available for Opportunities in Pending Approval or Closed status.
Bryte AI only responds in U.S. English.

Navigation: UKG Pro Recruiting > Opportunities

Select an existing Opportunity or create a new one. The Opportunity wizard opens.
Enter the Opportunity information as usual until you reach the Interview Questions tab.
Important:

This tab is only available if your Recruiting Administrator has activated the Bryte AI for Interview Questions feature in Settings > Bryte AI.
On the Interview Questions tab, select the Draft with Bryte AI button. A pop-up window opens, populated with the Detailed Description from the Opportunity Information tab.
Important:

You must have a Detailed Description entered in U.S. English for the Opportunity before Bryte AI can generate interview questions.
Select the Generate button. Bryte AI displays a list of recommended interview questions based on the job description.
(Optional) Use the thumbs up or thumbs down icons in the pop-up window to rate how helpful you find the generated content.
Select the Insert button. The questions are inserted into the Interview Questions field.
Review the Bryte AI-generated questions to ensure they meet your organization's needs. Manually edit the questions if needed.
1. If you are not satisfied with the interview questions, select the Generate more button to create more interview questions.
2. Use the Insert button to add these new questions to the question list. Previously generated questions are not removed.
When you are finished refining the interview questions, select Continue or Save & Exit.
