Candidate Email Addresses in Recruiting and in UKG Pro

Recruiting communicates with UKG Pro to identify the email addresses of internal candidates and newly hired employees.

External Candidate Sync from Recruiting to UKG Pro

Recruiting identifies candidate user accounts by email address. Each external candidate's user account on your job boards has an email address associated with it.

When you hire an external candidate, the email address from their Recruiting job board account becomes the alternate email address in their UKG Pro employee record.

Internal Candidate Sync from UKG Pro to Recruiting

Employees in UKG Pro can have a primary email address and an alternate email address. Normally, the primary stores the employee's company email address and the alternate stores an external email address.

Employees can access your internal job board directly from UKG Pro (Menu > Myself > My Company > View Opportunities). The employee is automatically signed in to the job board. On the employee's Presence page, the name, email address, and postal address are taken from their employee record in UKG Pro, if applicable.
