Configure Online Offer Acceptance

Recruiting Administrators can configure Recruiting to send offer emails to candidates.

When you send offers to candidates via email from Recruiting, the email includes a link to view the offer details. When the candidate selects the link in the email and logs in, they see an Offer Details page that includes the full offer letter.

You can also allow candidates to accept their offers with an electronic signature, and set a time limit for offer acceptance.

Navigation: Settings > Offers > Candidate Acceptance

  1. To turn on offer emails, set Enable email and offer details page to On.

  2. In Enable electronic signature, specify whether you want the Offer Details page to accept electronic signatures:
    • To allow candidates to accept their offer using an electronic signature, select On.
    • To require candidates to download and print their offer and sign manually, select Off. Candidates can still indicate their acceptance on the Offer Details page, but must send you their signature another way.
  3. To set a time limit for emailed offers, set Enable offer expiration to On, then select the number of days you want in Offer expiration limit.

    Note:

    The time limit begins when you send the offer. Changes to this setting only affect future offers; any offers already sent keep their original expiration day.

  4. Select Save to save your changes to the offer settings.
