Configure a Data Portability Message

The Recruiting solution can be configured to include a candidate-facing message that includes contact information for candidates who want to request to export the personal data they have provided to your system.

This feature can be used to enable candidates to request to port their data in accordance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Navigation: Menu > Consent and Privacy > Data Portability

From the Data Portability tab, select On to enable the data portability message.
Enter the message.
Select Translations to translate the message.
1. From the Choose Language drop-down list, select a language.
2. At the Translated Content Message field, enter the translated message.
3. Select Close Translations.
Select Save.
