Submit a Weekly Timesheet to the Supervisor

Submit weekly timesheets to your supervisor for approval.

Navigation:Main page > Employee

  1. From the Weekly Timesheet, check the Submitted box.
    Submitted Check Box on the Weekly Timesheet
  2. Select the Submit for Approval button.
  3. Select Cancel to cancel the Submit for approval process and go back to the Weekly Timesheet, or select OK to complete the submission.
    Once the timesheet has been submitted for approval, the Submitted check box is automatically selected.

    If you attempt to submit the Weekly Timesheet with uncorrected errors, the following message appears: “There are errors in your timesheet. Please correct the errors and try again.”

    • Calculation errors are displayed under the Elapsed Time section.
    • Override error messages are displayed in the Overrides control area of the Weekly Timesheet.

    Once all errors have been corrected, submit or forward the Weekly Timesheet.

    A prompt is displayed, for comments to be added to the submitted message.

  4. Enter a comment and then select OK. If no comment is needed, select Cancel.
    A dialog box appears indicating that the timesheet has been submitted.
  5. Select OK.
