Auditor Data in Dataviews and Reports
Auditor Data is available for use within user-created Dataviews and reports.
Auditor provides insight into compliance risks, specifically high-risk locations and employees. While the Auditor dashboard is intended for corporate analysts rather than frontline managers, its data is available for use within Dataviews and reports. This allows your organization to create tailored views of Auditor data that serve both analysts and managers.
Access a Dataview with Auditor Data
Once an administrator has created an Auditor-based Dataview, it is available within the Dataview Library.
- Locate the Auditor section within the Dataview Library.
- Select the desired Auditor Dataview to view it.
Access a Report with Auditor Data
Once an administrator has published an Auditor-based report, it is available within the Report Library.
Auditor Data Types Available in Dataviews and Reports
Dataviews and Reports may contain columns representing three types of Auditor-related data.
Count Data: The raw count of an activity that may imply risk (for example, Punch Time Edits). Available in Employee and Business Structure views.
Rate Data: Ratio-based metrics used to assess risk (for example, Ratio of Punch Time Edits to Final Punch Count). Available in Business Structure views only.
Pattern Data: A measure of potential risk at a given location (for example, High Punch Time Edits). Available in Business Structure views only.
Auditor Count Data Columns
Count data columns display the raw count of instances of activities that may imply risk.
24 count columns related to Punch, Shift, and Exception Data are available. There is also a Count Change % column, used to view the monthly percentage of change for any Auditor count column.
In Employee views, count data is presented per employee per month. If an employee had more than one Primary Job that month, multiple rows appear for that employee. In this case, the Auditor Primary Job column indicates which data applies to each job.
In Business Structure views, count data is presented per location per month. This is used to determine locations with high counts of potential risk behaviors in a given month.
Auditor Rate Data Columns
Rate data columns display ratio-based metrics used to assess risk.
11 rate columns related to Punch, Shift, and Exception Data are available. There is also a Parameterized Rate Change % column, used to view the monthly percentage of change for any Auditor rate column. Finally, there is a Parameterized Risk Indicator column which indicates if a location has high, low, or no risk for a given rate.
Rate data is only available in Business Structure views. Rate data is presented per location per month. The Auditor algorithm uses statistical measures to determine and assign risk levels to locations on a monthly basis.
Auditor Pattern Data Columns
Pattern data columns display risk levels for specific risks identified at each location within the Primary Location Type.
Risk Name columns list identified risks for a location over the course of the month and assign a level to each. An example is Retro Schedule Edits (High).
Risk Strength columns display an integer that indicates the number of months (among the last six months) that the identified risks have been present for the location.
Pattern data is only available in Business Structure views. Pattern data is presented per location per month. The Auditor algorithm uses statistical measures to determine and assign risk levels to locations on a monthly basis.
