View the Supervisor Summary
The Supervisor Summary displays a weekly summation of data for a selected employee(s) and time (pay) period. From this summary, supervisors can view, authorize, unauthorize, and print selected timesheets.
Data is gathered from daily and weekly timesheets, depending on which timesheet format the selected employee uses, and displayed on the Supervisor Summary as weekly totals.
The Supervisor Summary requires timesheet data for the entire duration of a given work week. There may be cases where Daily Timesheet data is not included in the summary. For example, if a Daily Timesheet user has four days submitted and one day not submitted, then that employee will not be displayed on the summary.
From the Supervisor Summary page, in the Selection
Parameters section, complete the applicable filters.
The Week Start Date defaults to the current week. Use the following optional filters to retrieve appropriate timesheets:
- Start Date
- Week Start Date
- Timesheet Submitted
- Order By

Supervisor Summary Search Options
On the Supervisor Summary, you have many filter options available to return the timesheets you need to view.
|Start Date||Enter a date or choose a date from the calendar date pop-up window. Entering or selecting a date in this field sets the Week Start Date drop-down to Manual Date Range. Dates are formatted as MM/DD/YYYY.|
|Week Start Date||Select a pre-set week combination from the drop-down list. The list is
populated with Manual Date Range and week combinations starting from twelve weeks
prior to the current week up to twelve weeks after.
The timesheet then uses the week for the date chosen starting from the System Week Start Date as shown in the following example:
System Week Start Date = SUN. If the employee selects Tuesday, May 18, 2021, the timesheets from Sunday, May 16, 2021 to Saturday May 22, 2021 are included.
|Employees||Use these filters to determine the individual timesheets included in your summary. The employee filters consist of Employees, Teams, Shift Patterns, Calc Groups, and Pay Groups.|
|Order By||Use the Order By drop-down list to determine the order for the summary data.|
