Employee information can be edited in the Time Classic
feature. Changes made in one feature may affect the other features of Workforce Management Classic. Managers can also select the View Timesheet
link under the employee’s name to view the current timesheet.

Select the Time Classic tab.

To assign a shift pattern to the employee, select the Add Shift Pattern link and complete the required fields:

Enter the start and end dates for the shift pattern that will be applied to this employee.

Select the shift pattern.

Select the numeric day that will be the first day of the employee's work week within the pattern.

Select Save. The shift pattern is then sent to Scheduling Classic.

To assign geofencing to the employee, select the Add Geofence Enforcement link and complete the required fields:

Enter the start and end dates that geofencing should be applied to this employee, if applicable.

Select the type of geofence enforcement (Active, Passive, or None). The default is None, which means geofencing does not apply to the employee.

Select Save. The type of geofence enforcement selected for the employee overrides the enforcement set at the company level (Settings > Company Preferences).

To assign a time code to the employee, select the Add Time Code link and complete the required fields:

Enter the start and end dates that the time code should be applied to this employee, if applicable.

Select the time code.

Select Save.

Repeat steps a-c for any other time codes.
Note:
The time zone cannot be edited on this page, and it is usually set at
the company level. However, the time zone at the employee level can be changed in Time Off and it will override the company level setting. Time Off then sends the updated time zone to Time Classic.

To assign a meal waiver to the employee, select the Add Meal Waiver link and complete the required fields:

Enter the start and end dates that the meal waiver should be applied to this employee.

Select Save.

To assign a break waiver to the employee, select the Add Break Waiver link and complete the required fields:

Enter the start and end dates that the break waiver should be applied to this employee.

Select Save.

To assign a pay rule group to the employee, select the Add Pay Rule Group link and complete the required fields:

Enter the start and end dates that the pay rule group should be applied to this employee, if applicable.

Select the pay rule group.

Select Save.

Repeat steps a-c for any other pay rule groups.

To assign a labor metric group to the employee, select the Add Labor Metric Group link and complete the required fields:

Enter the start and end dates that the labor metric group should be applied to this employee, if applicable.

Select the labor metric group.

Select Save.

Repeat steps a-c for any other labor metric groups.

To change the employee's assigned timesheet configuration group, select the pencil icon
in the Timesheet Config Group section.

On the Add Timesheet Config Group pop-up, select the
timesheet configuration group from the drop-down list.

Select the Add Range link to add start and end dates and
times, as needed.

Select Save.
