Enable or Disable Time Classic Notifications
Employee notification preferences can be enabled or disabled for the Time Classic feature. These notifications include timesheet approvals, rejections, modifications, and notes.
Edit Employees in Time Classic
Employee information can be edited in the Time Classic feature. Changes made in one feature may affect the other features of Workforce Management Classic. Managers can also select the View Timesheet link under the employee’s name to view the current timesheet.
Review and Approve a Timesheet Time Classic enables you to quickly review and approve or reject your employees' timesheets so you can focus on your work. In addition, you can complete the time tracking and management tasks via a mobile device. Any errors and exceptions are listed so you can review and correct them immediately.
Make Retro Adjustments to Timesheets
Retro adjustments enable managers to edit timesheets that have already been sent to payroll but only during a defined window of time.
Recalculate Timesheets
Administrators and managers can recalculate timesheets on demand for selected employees or all employees within selected pay rule groups for a selected date range.
Override Holiday Hours from a Timesheet
Managers have the ability to override holiday hours on employee timesheets. This option is only available if the administrator configured the holiday rule to allow it, assigned the correct pay rule group to the employee, and then assigned the Holiday Override permission to the Manager role.
