Enable or Disable Time Classic Notifications

Employee notification preferences can be enabled or disabled for the Time Classic feature. These notifications include timesheet approvals, rejections, modifications, and notes.

Note:

Send notifications about modifications sparingly to avoid excessive employee notifications.

Navigation: Menu > My Team > Workforce Management Classic > Time Classic > My Team

  1. Select an employee name.
  2. Select the Employee Preference tab, and then select Edit.

  3. Select the delivery type for each notification. Available delivery types include Email, In Application, and both In Application and Email.
  4. Select Save.
