Add a Provisioning Item

Onboarding system administrators can create a library of provisioning items so that Onboarding owners can provision items to new hires during the onboarding process. Examples of items to add to the provisioning library include a laptop, a corporate credit card, or a parking pass.

Navigation: Settings > Provisioning

  1. On the Provisioning Item Library page, select Add to create a new provisioning item.
  2. On the Provisioning Item Details page, enter an Item Name and an Email Recipient for the Provisioning Request. The email recipient is the person or department that will receive a notification every time this item is requested.
  3. Check the Include Options box to allow Onboarding owners to choose an option from the list. For example, Phone Type may have iPhone, Android, and several other options. Similarly, a computer may have options for different size monitors.
    1. Enter an option in the Option field.
    2. Select the X icon to delete an option.
    3. Select the + icon to add an option.
  4. Select Save.
