Hiring Manager Permissions

Recruiting allows you to control which tasks are accessible to users with the Hiring Manager role.

By default, the Recruiter and Hiring Manager roles have the same permissions. In Settings > Hiring Manager Permissions, Recruiting Administrators can turn off access to specific actions for Hiring Managers.

Note:

You can also control what Hiring Managers can do with applicants at specific steps of a Recruiting Process. For example, in one process you might allow Hiring Managers to view applicants immediately at the Apply step, while in another process you might restrict them from viewing applicants until they pass through initial review and enter the Interview step. Because these permissions are specific to each process, you configure them along with the Recruiting Process in Settings > Recruiting Processes.

These settings do not affect the access permissions of users with the Recruiter role.
