Filter the Applicant List by Match Score

You can use the Candidate Match score to filter the list of applicants to an Opportunity. When you specify a range of scores to include, Recruiting displays only applicants with match scores in that range.

Navigation: Opportunities

  1. Select the Opportunity whose applicants you want to view. Then select the number of applicants to view the applicant list for that Opportunity.
  2. In the search filters panel at the top of the applicant list, select the plus icon (+), then select Match.

    Match appears in the list of filters.
  3. Select the Match filter, then use the sliders to specify the range of scores you want to include in your view.

  4. Select Search.
    Recruiting applies the filter criteria and updates the applicant list.
