Configure Automatic Email for a Recruiting Process Step

When setting up a Recruiting Process, you can configure certain steps to trigger an automatic email, generated from a template. The email includes information specific to the applicant and Opportunity.

Note:

To edit the email templates that you can assign to your steps, go to Settings > Templates.

Navigation: Settings > Recruiting Processes

  1. Select the Recruiting Process you want to edit.
  2. Select the Actions menu for the step where you want to add an email action. From the menu, select Add Action.
  3. Select the email template that you want to assign to the step, then select Done.
  4. Select Save to save the Recruiting Process.
