When you have chosen a candidate for an Opportunity, you can start the hiring process from the Opportunity's applicant list page.
Note:
If the applicant you want to hire is an inactive internal candidate, you need to verify that the applicant has an email address in their Recruiting profile before you rehire. For more information, see Prepare an Inactive Internal Candidate for Rehire.
In order to complete a hire, the Opportunity must have:
The sequence of steps to get to the point of hiring depends on your Recruiting Process.
Hiring a candidate does not automatically decline other candidates, or close the Opportunity.
If for some reason you need to undo the hiring process, you can move a hired candidate to a Declined step in Recruiting. However, you must also terminate the employee in UKG Pro.
