These new features and enhancements are available in the April release of the Recruiting solution.

Some features may not be immediately available, but all included features are set to roll out in the days following this release.
Global currencies are now available in the Recruiting solution. A Recruiting administrator can activate the feature in the Organization settings (). Please see the Global Currency section of the Organization help topic for more information.
New standard fields are available for Opportunities and Offers. These fields are optional. Existing Opportunities and Offers have these fields added with blank values. You can update these fields in your published Opportunities and Offers. Closed Opportunities cannot be modified.

A Job Location Type field is available for new Opportunities () and new or editable Offers (, or ). Select Hybrid, On-site, or Remote Job Location Type from the drop-down list. The field is not required and can be left blank. A new merge tag, {JOB_LOCATION_TYPE}, is also available.
The field is not available for Closed or Published Opportunities; however, it may be adjusted as part of the Offer process. This is because changes made to a posted Opportunity are not reflected on any 3rd Party Job Posting sites and may affect candidate experience.
Visitors to your external job board can filter jobs and activate job alerts by Job Location Type. Select a Job Location Type from the drop-down list, then select the Activate Job Alerts for this Search button. The candidate will be prompted to create a Presence if they have not already done so, and then can Create the alert.
