These new features and enhancements are available in the December release of the Recruiting solution.

Note:

Some features may not be immediately available, but all included features are set to roll out in the days following this release.

Release of Texting Numbers

For customers who have activated Candidate Texting, we have enhanced the Users and Logins page (UKG Pro Recruiting > Settings > Users and Logins) with this release to provide the ability to release (cancel) a texting phone number.

Only Recruiters or Hiring Managers that have an Active status can be released.
Once the release is complete, the Recruiter or Hiring Manage will no longer see the texting bubble and the phone number will no longer be available to use or reassign within your organization.
Once the release is complete, the status will change to Not Requested and a new number can be requested for the Recruiter or Hiring Manager at any time.
All texting history remains in Candidate Notes.

Hide the Share on Twitter Button

Recruiting Administrators can control whether or not the Share on Twitter (X Post) option is available to applicants on the Job Board(s). In UKG Pro Recruiting > Settings > Job Boards, the Share on Twitter option is On by default. When on, a button is available on the top right of the job posting allowing a candidate to share the posting to Twitter (X). Setting this option to Off and selecting Save Page Features removes this button from job postings.
