These new features and enhancements are available in the February release of the Recruiting solution.

Some features may not be immediately available, but all included features are set to roll out in the days following this release.
Offers requiring approvals can now be edited with the Edit Offers feature. If you are already using the Edit Offers feature, this enhancement is automatically available. For those not using Edit Offers, a Recruiting Administrator can activate the feature by going to , locating the Editing Offers section of the page, and selecting the On button associated with Make Changes to Existing Offers. You can also allow current approvers to make changes to an offer while it is in Pending Approval status. This option is turned off by default.
When edits are made to an Offer a new email is sent out to the Recruiter, Hiring Manager (if applicable), the offer creator, and the Approver telling them what fields changed and who made the changes. This restarts the Approval process.

Offer activity can now be sorted by activity type from the Offer > Activity tab (). Expand the Activity Type drop-down menu and select one or more activity types to view.
Offer letter composition pages () now have a drop-down on the ribbon allowing you to select and insert merge tags without leaving the Offer Letter page.
