These new features and enhancements are available in the Septemper release of Recruiting.
Note:
Some features may not be immediately available, but all included features are set to roll out in the days following this release.
Note:
There is an additional cost associated with Candidate Texting, which will be explained by your HCM Sales Executive.
Once the process is completed, a Recruiting administrator needs to activate the feature, as explained in the Activate Candidate Texting help topic, and then Request and Reassign Phone Numbers for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
For those customers who have activated Candidate Texting, we have enhanced the Users and Logins page with this release to provide the ability to reassign a texting phone number from one active recruiter to another. This will allow more flexibility when employees move out of the recruiting role for various reasons and no longer need the ability to text candidates.
Please see the Request and Reassign Phone Numbers help topic for more information.
For current Recruiting solution customers who have already activated Candidate Texting, the ability to cancel some or all of their Toll-Free Numbers (TFNs) will be available in the product by the time the feature is billable. While the TFNs and SMS are still available free of charge, current users can continue to use the feature. Customers will receive communication when pricing information is available, and we will provide an update when we release the ability to initiate cancellation within the product.
It is not necessary to cancel prior to our release of in-product cancellation functionality, as billing will not begin until further notice.
A new feature, Edit Offers, is available for offers not requiring approvals. The Edit Offers feature allows Recruiters and Hiring Managers (with appropriate permissions) to edit previously created offers and re-send them to candidates.
Recruiting Administrators can activate this feature in under Editing Offers by selecting the On button at the "Make changes to existing offers that do not require approval" option. Administrators can grant or revoke permission for Hiring Managers to edit offer letters in the Hiring Manager Permissions Settings ( ).
Once the feature is activated, Recruiters and Hiring Managers with permissions can edit an offer letter by navigating to the Offer, selecting the Actions button and then selecting Edit Offer.
Important:
Only Offers created with approvals off can be edited. Offers created with approvals on cannot be edited. This is true regardless of whether Offer Approvals are currently off or on.
For more information, please see the Edit Offers help topic.
Two new template types are available for Interviews: Interview Confirmation, and Interview Video Conferencing Resend.

You can no longer delete a UKG Pro tax location inside the Recruiting solution. Locations imported from UKG Pro now have a blue bar by their name in the Locations list ( ) to denote their origin. If you try to delete a UKG Pro tax location inside the Recruiting solution, you will receive an error message directing you to either deselect the Available on Opportunities checkbox to prevent the location from being used on Opportunities or inactivate the location in .
The {Recruiter_Name} merge tag now inserts the name of the recruiter attached to the opportunity instead of incorrectly inserting the name of the user generating the email.
