Configure the Candidate Match Feature

The Candidate Match feature compares candidate applications to the requirements defined in your Opportunities. Once the feature is added to your environment, Administrators can configure the feature in Settings.

Before you turn on the Candidate Match feature:

To provide the best matching results, perform these additional tasks:

The Candidate Match feature calculates scores for all existing and new applicants that apply to your Opportunities.

Note:

At this time, match scores are only calculated for Opportunities and applications in English. Multiple language support will be added in a future version.

Navigation: Settings > Candidates > Candidate Match

  1. In Enable Candidate Match, select On.

  2. In Require Candidate Consent to Show Score:
    • Select On to display Match scores only for candidates who have accepted the data consent message. For candidates who have not accepted the data consent message, the Match column displays "N/A" instead of a score.
    • Select Off to display Match scores for all candidates.
  3. Select Save Candidate Match.
    Once the Candidate Match feature is active, the system starts generating match scores for existing applications. This may take some time to complete, depending on how many historical applications are in your system. While the match scores are being calculated, you might see a hyphen (-) instead of the actual score on some application records.
