Create an Opportunity
The first step in the opportunity lifecycle is to create an opportunity.
Approve or Reject an Opportunity
If the approval feature is enabled for your organization, once the opportunity is created, it is sent to one or more Recruiters or Hiring Managers for approval.
Post an Opportunity to a Job Board
Opportunities can be posted to one or more internal or external job boards in the Recruiting solution. They can also be posted to third-party job boards, such as eQuest, Indeed, or LinkedIn.
Apply to an Opportunity
Once an opportunity is published, it’s ready to be applied to by internal and external candidates.
Review Applications
Once candidates apply to an opportunity, you’ll need to review their applications. The Applicant List page displays all of the candidates that have applied to an opportunity.
Hire an Applicant
Once you’ve reviewed the applications and selected the best applicant, you are ready to hire the applicant.
Close an Opportunity
Once an Opportunity is filled and more applicants are no longer needed, you can close the Opportunity to complete the last step of the recruiting process.
