Remove a Candidate
Sometimes it is necessary to remove a candidate from the Recruiting solution due to situations such as a candidate's request or organizational policy. This action is taken through Privacy Manager in the UKG Pro solution and cannot be performed from within the Recruiting solution.

Recruiting allows you to mark candidates with tags to indicate specific attributes you define. Then you can search or filter by tag on the People page, to easily find the candidates marked with that tag.
Use Candidate Texting
Once text communication has been activated by an administrator and the recruiters and hiring managers have their phone numbers authorized for use by the carrier, they will be able to send and receive text messages. They can choose recipients, compose text messages, incorporate merge tags, provide message translations, and send messages from within the Recruiting solution.
